Shipping policy

Only Filters Limited ships cabin air filters within New Zealand once stock is live and orders are open.

 

NZ shipping rates

Flat rate: $6.00 NZD per order. Free shipping on orders over $30.00 NZD. Currency: NZD.

 

Delivery times

Dispatch after payment clears and while stock is available. Typical NZ delivery is 1–3 business days after dispatch via NZ Post, CourierPost or equivalent. Rural and remote addresses may take longer. Tracking will be provided when available.

 

Australia is not available yet. We do not currently ship outside New Zealand.

 

Sold-out / catalogue-only period

While products show as sold out, we are not accepting orders. The catalogue is live for fitment browsing only. Shipping terms apply when inventory is in stock and checkout is enabled.

 

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses supplied at checkout.

 

Damaged or missing parcels

Email sales@onlyfilters.nz with your order number and photos if damaged, within a reasonable time. We will work with you and the carrier to replace or refund as appropriate.
